   It is the first bandoneon concertist in the history of the music and it is considered by the international critic as the biggest bandoneoníst in all the times. Developing an extraordinary technique from their earliest age and self taught in the bandoneon, it began their music studies to the seven year-old age in the city of Buenos Aires, where he was born. Already to the eight years, as boy prodigy, it acted before numerous publics in the neighborhoods of their city and in diverse associations. 
   He studied deeply: theory, musical didactics, acoustics, harmony, counterpoint, fugue, composition and orchestration, with remarkable teachers. In Argentina José Logiovine, Athos Palma, Julián Bautista, Alberto Ginastera, and in Paris, in the Schola Cantorum", with Daniel Lesury Pierre Wismer, besides their step for the Institute of Musicología of the Sorbona. 
   In their artistic tours; it has visited 45 countries of America, great part of Europe, Half East and Africa, carrying out but of two thousand five hundred concerts so far. In almost all those countries their concerts the first ones that could be listened of classic and contemporary music with bandoneón were. Among their many activities they also stand out the conferences and informal chats in universities and musical associations. He/she is first professor of their instrument in the National Conservatory of Buenos Aires "Carlos López Buchardo" and in the Municipal Conservatory "Manuel de Falla" 
   As composer one of the big values of their country is considered in the matter. According to the critics from Buenos Aires it is one of the composers that more it contributes in their works and bill with the international recognition. Their symphonic works Jupiter 1,2,3 for bandoneon and it orchestrates, responsibility of Teatro Colón of Buenos Aires, Jupiter 4,5,6,7 for two bandoneons and orchestra, also responsibility of the mentioned theater, Concert of the South for bandoneon and it orchestrates, and bend concert of Montevideo for bandoneon, oboe and orchestra, they have been used for the first time with the Philharmonic of Buenos Aires and in the International Festival of Music of Montevideo (Uruguay). 
   In many of their works, Alejandro Barletta has traveled for the cosmos, dedicating part of his experiences like composer to the stellar space. Mars 1, 2,3 for violin, it viola, cello, flute, oboe, clarinet, bandoneon and percussion, responsibility of the "Studio Neuen Musik" of Berlin and used for the first time in the Academy der Kunste in Berlin with remarkable success. "Buenos Aires camara tango" were a responsibility of the City council of the city of Granada, opening up with this work the Festival of tango 1987 of that city. Days later Barletta presents this work in the National Auditory of Madrid, together with its tangos for bandoneon and camera orchestra. 
   It is interesting to know that Alejandro Barletta, absolute pioneer of his instrument, executed for the first time in the history of the music the concert Nº 4 for organ and orchestra of G.E. Handel accompanied by the orchestra from Paris, directed by the famous Belgian director Andre Cluytens the 19/02/1951 in "Champs Elisses" (París's Theater, France). After this concert symphonic orchestras and of camera of different countries they requested it as soloist. 
     Alejandro Barletta has acted for the radio and television of three continents and in the festivals of Helsinki, Berlin, Krefeld, Madrid, Granada, Buenos Aires, Montevideo, Caracas, New York, Dresden, Leipzig, etc. 
It introduced the bandoneon in cathedrals of countries and churches of diverse cults. Among them we will highlight Santo Tomás church in Leipzig, call the "Church of Bach", Chiesa della Pieta", Antonio Vivaldi's Church, in Venice, that of Saint Germain Lauserroix, in Paris, and in many others of Argentina, Belgium, Uruguay, Paraguay, Italy, Spain, etc. 
   These concerts woke up great interest for the bandoneon, unimaginable before Barletta. It also shows the merit of having introduced the tangos in the temples, even with responsibility of works. As interpreter he/she has frequently been compared with Andrés Segovia, Pablo Casals, Wanda Landowska, Nicanor Zabaleta, etc., and many critics consider it one of more remarkable los' you interpret of this century, the same as they made it composers, such as Hindemith and Kachaturian.   
   In 1989 it was honored with the medal to the merit for the Fundación Konex of Buenos Aires, granted to the a hundred musicians but important of the history of Argentina, and with the "Great Prize of Honor Carlos Gardel of Gold", for their camera tangos. It has recorded disks in New York, Mexico, Buenos Aires, Montevideo, Medellin and Madrid. In 1990 it continued with their habitual tours for America and Europe, presenting original works for bandoneon and their Baroque, important repertoire, since the bandoneon is, considered as a camera organ or Baroque. 
   Ballet groups also dance their works, especially their camera tangos. In 1995 it enhanced diverse concerts in Argentina and Uruguay like camera orchestras' soloist.
